ORDERS

1. Electronic way using the form included on the shop`s page.
2. The form must be completed correctly. The forms completed incorrectly or partially will be rejected.
3. The order (its specification) and a confirmation request will be send to us via electronic way.
4. Having entered the message included in the link you confirm the accuracy of your billing data and specification of your order.
5. If the shop for a period not longer than 3 days does not receive your confirmation the order is automatically cancelled.
6. Orders will be fulfilled on the first come basis.
7. The client may cancel his order or change it at any time informing us via electronic way or calling our commercial office: 0 48 58 347 68 78
8. Cancellation or changing of the specification is not possible in case if the goods ordered are made for a specific order or if they are marked: custom made.
9. The shop reserves a right to withdraw from the transaction if the completion of it will not be possible i.e. circumstances beyond our control.
10. Placing an order the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT AND ORDER COMPLETION

1. After your payment is confirmed on our bank account the shop immediately starts to complete your order.

1. In the specification please include the Order Number (ID)
2. The order completion period starts when the full payment reaches our account - only working days considered.
3. The order completion time + time of delivery.
4. The receipt is always included. If the client wishes the VAT invoice may also be issued if so please inform us about this fact in the order form in the space provided (add comment to the order).
5. The currency is Polish Zloty (PLN)
6. All the prices include 23% VAT tax.
7. The order is send to the customer via post or courier services. The cost is added to the order.

WARANTY AND CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

1. All products are warrantied by „STENEX ART" Stefan Plota - Sawicki.
2. Items of more than 5 grams ( 10 grams a pair) are hallmarked by State Assay Office.
3. If affer having received the order the client should find any defects our commercial office should be notified and the item send back to

1. We do not accept paid by the addresse mail. Sending the defective item please include the invoice with the defect description. All the complaints will be considered in a period not longer than 2 days staring from the day the complaint reaches the shop. The defective item will be repaired or exchanged. If the repair is not possible the shop will either sent back the money paid for given item or offer different items.
2. Following complaints caused by:

a)      wrong usage or conservation

b)      difference in amber colour caused by different setting of client`s monitor screen

will not be accepted.

The goods may be returned to the shop within 10 days period counting from the day the shipment reaches the client (no reasons given)

If so we guarantee full refund. The money will be transfered to client`s bank account.

The returned goods must not be:

- used

- broken or otherwise defective

- taken out from the oroginal packaging.

The goods have to be returned with original receipt or VAT invoice. The cost of delivery and returning is not refundable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 Since Baltic amber (succynite) is not a homogenous material, its structure, colour, scales or lack of them depend on different factors: climate + environment where the amber was born, way of processing it etc. there is not a possibility of producing two identical copies. Therefore items from a given same type may slightly differ. Especially it concerns the number of scales, their location within the amber and tint of the amber (not the colour)

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

According to Personal Data Protection law from 29 August 1997 client`s data is only used for the order purposes. The data will not be available to other parties. The client has a right to see and change his own data which are in our posession. All questions regarding the Personal Data Protection in our shop should be directed to us.
